and others in order to issue tax-exempt bonds, thereby making needed capital available for a host of projects for school districts,
local governments and private entities.
Issued revenue bonds for manufacturers, healthcare providers, charter schools,
solid waste disposal companies, distressed cities, and clean water utilities, thereby making capital available for a variety
of public and private uses.
Worked with bank trustees in order to monitor arbitrage reporting, to comply with SEC
Rule 15c2-12, and to track other issues related to a large bond portfolio, thereby increasing investor confidence in these
tax-exempt securities.
Managed outside counsel in audits and investigations by the Internal Revenue Service and the
Securities & Exchange Commission, in order to better retain the integrity of the issuers bonds in the secondary market.
Serving as corporate secretary, responsible for corporate organization, board meetings, quorums, qualification of
officers and board members, and compliance filings related to the organization, thereby ensuring proper procedures and valid
board action.
